     We hope everyone enjoyed the bank holiday weekend and the lovely weather.

This week in school...

  • After schools clubs start this week 
  • It is group photographs on Wednesday - please see letter sent or ask office staff thank you
  • On Thursday a number of children in Years 3 and 4 have a football event at LWA - hope everyone's matches go well

Thinking ahead...

  • May 2nd - Y3 trip to Leeds for the Michael Morpurgo exhibition and Year 1 children to visit Rodley nature reserve
  • May 3rd - Year 5 Good Learning Assembly - family and friends all welcome from 9:10am

The National School Breakfast Programme
Our school has joined the Government's National School Breakfast Programme, which is being delivered by the charities Family Action and Magic Breakfast. As an NSBP school, we are pleased to offer a healthy school breakfast, available to all, and enjoy the benefits that brings, with children settled and ready to learn at the start of the school day.
Sticks and Sculptures in Y2

Year 2 had a great WOW day creating sculptures with members of their families. Structures both inside and out were amazing!

w/e Friday 29th March 2019
Y3 were table toppers in the week up to the Spring break, with an impressive 99.4%. Whole school attendance for the year so far has again risen very slightly, standing at 94.29%.
